As a developer, I just cannot use laptops with glossy displays. I absolutely, positively need the reflection free experience of a matte screen. But when shopping for laptops online, it is often surprisingly hard to get information about the screen surface. So I decided we make a special section here on Product Chart with only matte laptops.

The way we went about it is to start with the most popular laptops and research for each one if it has a matte screen. For some, we even had to call the manufacturers to find out if they are matte or glossy. In the end, we had to go through 401 laptops until we had found 100 matte ones.
